I want to mention that Ken is currently teaching some wonderful stop-motion classes online at <a href="http://online.academyart.edu/index.html " rel="nofollow">Academy of Art</a>. Currently has Experimental Animation and Stop-Motion Animation 1 running. As of Spring 2010 semester we also have Ken's class Stop-Motion 2 added to the stop-motion animation track. (Ken didn't put me up to that plug ... I'm just bragging on him a little !) If he weren't in conversation with a woman, I would have stopped him. I did talk with him and Klaus Kinski at the NYFilm Festival back in the early 80's. How great would that be! About two months ago I passed him on the corner of 14th and Sixth. He nearly became the first "celebrity" I stopped in public. I had the same reaction to the Herzog story.
