Please pass along to Tissa David that her drawings have inspired me for years, ever since I was lucky enough to find a copy of John Canemaker's book on the making of Raggedy Ann &#38; Andy.

One of the things I enjoy about your blog is the sense of history found here ... you've learned part of your craft from Tissa , who learned from Grim Natwick. That's a direct line back virtually the beginning of character animation as we know it.</description>
